IMPORTANT
The selection committee of "MILANO meets SHAOLIN" is only responsible for the following sections of the Official Selection: Shaolin & Culture, Shaolin & Coaching, Shaolin & Health, Shaolin & Art, Shaolin & Exhibition/Show, Shaolin Charitable Foundation. It 'just the selection committee that decides on the final stage which category a project can participate.
TERMS
They are admitted to the Official Selection, Only projects which meet the following conditions:
  • The project must be of real interest to the Community
  • In the case of National Project, it is strongly recommended the approval of the municipality, City, Province, Region , Body, Association Reference
  • If issue of International Project, required documentation about the approval of the City, Region, state, Body, Association Reference
  • If you already experienced or being tested, the project must represent prestigious Bodies / Associations / Schools / University etc or personality in the world of Culture / Education / Sports / Entertainment etc
  • original is, the project must be in tune with the spirit of the event and according to the mission of the Shaolin Temple
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
Precedence to the final Official Selection of projects will take place with the following criteria:
  1. Quality and socio-cultural significance of the overall project presented
  2. Quality of the Abstract presented
  3. Journalists, Publishers, TV, Radio , Directors and teachers of schools, University, Associations, foundations
  4. Artists ( theater - cinema - dancing - painting- sculpture )
  5. Masters, Athletes and other Shaolin Martial Arts
  6. Sending the Abstract project within the set terms
EXPIRY
All projects to be submitted for the Official Selection must be sent from 1 January 2011 until the 31 March 2011. You must complete and submit the registration form before the end date.
RULES 'TO ENTER
The projects, with all the required material ( modulo + any images + photocopy of identity card of the legal representative presenting the project) They can be sent in the following ways:
  • MAIL - registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt : Selection Office "meets MILAN SHAOLIN" via Parravicini 16 – 20125 Milan
  • MAIL - send the material in PDF or ZIP and images ( jpg, gif, png) High resolution ( 300 dpi) a : press@milanoincontrashaolin.net
IF THE PROJECT IS SELECTED
The heads of submitted and selected projects, They will be contacted by mid-April 2011 in modo da permettere l’nserimento e la programmazione ottimale degli eventi ad essi collegabili.
