  • The seminar offers an experience geared to become aware and to deepen the creative potential, artistic, expression present in all of us, to come into contact with these, to be able to manifest them overcoming emotional blocks that prevent free expression, to open or deepen channels of communication with one's inner self and one's spirituality, through a very personal path.
  • It works on body awareness, on their own mode of expression-communication, using different theatrical and relaxation techniques that allow to find their own ways of expression, starting from the meeting of the body, space, music and emotion.
  • They are looking for relationships between land, ability to balance and support points; They analyze the quality of movement, dynamics, communication and balance with the other.

  • Silvia Vladimivsky: Choreographer, ballerina, lecturer and director of contemporary dance and dance theater. Perfects with Ana Ilteman, in improvisation with Lindsay Kemp and Pina Bausch, in regia con Augusto Fernandes.
